Dal 15 al 17 ottobre a Parma si terrà “Startup Weekend Food Sustainability”, dedicato ad uno degli obiettivi più importanti per la salvaguardia del pianeta, in linea con la progettazione di Parma quale Città Creativa UNESCO della Gastronomia: la sostenibilità alimentare. L’obiettivo è quello di trasformare una o più idee imprenditoriali in progetti concreti in un weekend in modalità ibrida.
